It’s important to us that we have a dialogue with the municipality’s inhabitants and its employees, in various ways. For that reason we use several different communication channels.

As always, our main information channel for citizens is our external website.

Social media

Social media is an umbrella term for different communication channels on websites and through mobile apps. Our presence on social media is yet another way to reach and have a dialogue with citizens, to involve them and improve cooperation. We use social media to publish news and information that may be useful for anyone who lives and works in Trollhättan and the surrounding region.

Apps

Smartphone apps are another means of communication. You can download them to your smartphone for free, and they work with both Android and iOS.

Intranet

Our main internal channel is our shared intranet known as Stadsportalen (the City portal), where we publish news for our employees.

Staff magazine

Our staff magazine is called Stadsporten and is published six times a year.
